Can you work with the systems we already use?

That is the starting point. We review the available APIs, permissions, data and operating constraints, then design the connections around what the existing systems support. Our work spans Microsoft, Azure and Google environments.

What happens to the source code?

Source ownership, repository access and any third-party licensing requirements are set out in the project agreement before development begins. The handover includes the agreed code, configuration and documentation needed to operate and continue the work.

Do we need a complete specification to start?

No. A description of the process, examples of the current work and a clear sense of what needs to improve are enough for an initial conversation. We can define the scope and first useful release together.

How are changes handled during a build?

We review the impact on scope, cost and timing before adding work. Feedback on working software helps distinguish a refinement from a new requirement and keeps priorities explicit.

Can you support the software after launch?

Support and continued development can be included in the engagement. We agree the responsibilities, coverage and way of prioritizing changes so your team knows what happens after the initial release.
